The last FWT stop just happened last weekend in Verbier… i was pretty stoked watching the comp in Fieberbrunn 2 weeks before, cause everything was perfect there. Organisation, weather, spectators & riding level… u can check my article bout that on funsporting.de

So coming back to Verbier... hope u all watched the livestream, cause Verbier is unique every year!

In the end it was Reine Barkered who had a super smooth, fast and clean run, winning the Verbier Xtreme and the Overall World Title. Oakley White Allen found a new line on the mountain and straightlined the whole Bec des Rosses. Tom Leitner had once again no luck, went for the podium, stomped the Hollywood cliff, but landed in tracks after his cork 3.

FWT Fieberbrunn

FWT Fieberbrunn is on! I have to deal with my part as a spectator, but really looking forward watching the guys tomorrow. Representing Germany: Pia Widmesser, Tom Leitner & Gri Reichenberger… hope they kill it tomorrow!

Long time no blog…

Sorry guys,

didn’t write sth for a while… but i try to keep u up to date in the future… although I’m injured.

So 3 weeks are gone since the accident. Surgery went well and i’m back in Augsburg now since last week.

Looks like i was pretty lucky… the ski boot absorbed most of the pressure!

and the x-rays…

some metal in there, but I’m feelin better every day.

In the meanwhile there was a FWT comp in Norway. The German guys Tom and Gri had sweet runs, but could’t stomp their tricks (cork 3 and backy). But they’ll go for the podium in Fieberbrunn again…pretty sure bout that :)

In the end the local Dennis Risvoll won in front of Aurelien Ducruz followed by Sam Smoothy! Cato Lagreid got fourth and Drew Tabke with a sweet 360 fifth!

Finally have a look at my run in Hochfügen 2 days prior to the injury…

I’m really excited to go to Fieberbrunn, meeting all the riders again and watching a nice comp :)
